Intro

Usually, it is very difficult to track the progress of a large scale construction site. Our goal was to develop a one stop solution to manage these construction sites by collating the data for purchasing, inventory management, asset management and vendor management all at one place to make decisioning easy

Quality

The application needed was along the lines that users of all types from site managers to CXOs can use. We developed a web application to manage all the verticals of the company which included Purchase management, inventory Management, CRM, and important aspects. It also helped the company to collect data and optimize their process as well as cost

Timeline

The project was completed in 6 months.
